Oliver Show out of the American bred mare Ashley Hall has won all his best races on the all weather and was sent to Southwell to contest the Racing League Handicap worth Stg. £26,000.  With an official rating of 90 he was asked to shoulder top weight in the fourteen runner field.  Staying at the rear of the field for much of the journey he came on the outside and threw down his challenge from the 2f mark.  Making up over ten lengths he had to pass twelve other runners and always looked like getting there, winning cleverly by a head.

His trainer George Boughey is to be congratulated for notching up this third win on a horse continuing to improve.  His earnings has now reached Stg. £70,000 and should continue to grow.
