After winning first time out as a 2YO, Austrian Theory then finished 4^th in the Solario Stakes GR3.  He was given an official rating of 104 and found it hard to win off this mark but subsequently won twice when his rating moved back into the nineties.  He was bought at the Horses In Training sale in November 2023 and moved to his new trainer Tim Easterby.  Running ten times between late June and October 2024 his new trainer had his rating down to 81 and he turned up at Pontefract on October 21^st.  Going to post as the second favourite he ran out a comfortable winner collecting Stg. £5,200 for his effort.

His total winnings now exceed Stg. £130,000 for big handicap wins and two placed efforts in group company.  His handicap mark will obviously go up but this should not stop him from attaining more wins and earning more prize money.
