Amber Hamur (Saxon Warrior X Yellowhammer) was beaten in a photo at Beverley on July 3^rd.  Her trainer did not waste any time when reappearing at Hamilton eight days later on July 11^th.  On this occasion she came out on the right side of the photo with a neck to spare over the fast finishing 2^nd.  She jumped out smartly, made all the running and when challenged from two furlongs out stuck to the task and was not to be beaten.  She should win more races off this handicap mark.

Amber Hamur is a daughter of the Raven’s Pass mare Yellowhammer and is the third winner from four runners.  She has a Wootton Bassett half brother who goes to the Tattersalls Book Two Sale in October.
